Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical service take?
Mechanical Movement Care generally takes two to three weeks. Restoration and overhaul work can take longer depending on parts availability, and we will always let you know a realistic window before we begin.
Will you contact me before doing extra work?
Yes. If we find something beyond the original scope, such as a worn part, we will reach out and explain the options before proceeding.
Can I bring in an older or inherited watch?
Certainly. Older and heirloom pieces are handled with particular care, keeping their character rather than over-polishing or replacing more than needed.
How is pricing decided?
Our three services carry indicative pricing from ฿1,850. Final cost depends on the condition of your watch, and we always confirm this with you beforehand.
